This includes documenting the number of rooms in the building, finding out where network cables run, as well as the locations of reception and doctor’s offices.

Preparation

We will prepare a Site Plan and send you details of costs involved with project installation, equipment, maintenance and support.

Once the client has reviewed the plan, they can ask further questions and request modifications or clarification on any of the details mentioned in the plan.

After the project is approved, we purchase and configure IT equipment, manage all of the Hardware and Software, and deal with Vendors on your behalf.

Deployment

Once preparation is complete, our techicians come to your premises and install hardware devices in the building and connect them to form a network.

We setup the server which stores information critical to the operation of the medical practice, including user accounts for each of the staff who will be using the system. Once this is done, we install all required software on the computers throughout the building, including device drivers for printers and other peripherals, as well as popular applications like Medical Director, Pracsoft, MDref, Zedmed and different Pathology tools for records management.
